This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for functional training session products purchased from ActiveForm (Removeaoearth) at removeaoearth.world or through direct studio agreements. Session products are services with scheduled delivery; this policy supplements our Terms of Use and applicable Netherlands consumer law.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Foundation Block, Progress Block, Full Cycle packages, single drop-ins, partner sessions, remote check-ins, and corporate blocks arranged with ActiveForm. Digital materials such as home flow PDFs or technique notes are delivered as part of these services and are not sold separately.

2. Cooling-Off Period for Distance Contracts

If you purchase a session package online without attending any session, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer rules for distance contracts. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to feedback@removeaoearth.world or contact us via removeaoearth.world before the period expires. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period and attended sessions, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided. Withdrawal does not apply where sessions are fully completed or where law excludes the right.

3. Cancellations Before First Session

If you cancel at least seven days before your first scheduled session and have not attended any session, ActiveForm will refund the full package price minus any non-refundable payment processing fees disclosed at purchase. Cancellations between seven and forty-eight hours before the first session receive a credit voucher for eighty percent of the package value valid for six months. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may forfeit the first session fee but may receive credit for unused sessions at our discretion.

4. Cancellations After Sessions Begin

Once you attend your first coached session, the package is considered in progress. Unused sessions may be paused for up to thirty days due to illness or travel if you notify us before the scheduled session. Medical pauses require reasonable documentation only when requesting extensions beyond thirty days. Refunds for unused sessions after attendance begins are calculated as follows: refund amount equals package price minus (completed sessions multiplied by the standard drop-in rate of €28) minus a €15 administrative fee. No refund is due if completed sessions at drop-in value exceed the package price.

5. Rescheduling by Client

You may reschedule an individual session without penalty if you notify ActiveForm at least twenty-four hours in advance through the contact channels on removeaoearth.ddd. Late notices or no-shows forfeit that session credit unless we can fill your spot with another client, in which case we may reinstate the credit once per package at our discretion.

6. Cancellations by ActiveForm

If we cancel a session due to coach illness, facility maintenance, or force majeure, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a pro-rata credit. If we discontinue a session product entirely, unused paid sessions will be refunded or transferred to an equivalent product with your consent.

7. Transfers and Sharing

Session credits are personal and non-transferable except where we approve a one-time transfer to a household member for the remaining unused sessions of a package. Partner session products must be used by the two individuals named at booking.

8. Add-Ons and Drop-Ins

Single drop-ins and remote check-ins are non-refundable once delivered. If we fail to deliver a remote check-in within five business days of payment, you may request a reschedule or full refund for that add-on.

9. Corporate and Team Blocks

Corporate agreements may specify alternate cancellation terms in writing. Where no written terms exist, this Return Policy applies. Unused corporate sessions expire on the date stated in the invoice unless an extension is agreed.

10. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary. If original payment is not possible, we may offer studio credit of equal value valid for twelve months. Contact Removeaoearth with your booking reference to initiate a request.

11. Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, contact us with supporting details. Consumers in the Netherlands may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or seek advice from consumer associations.
